These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Love Lens Edit.

By booking with Love Lens Edit, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once:
A signed agreement has been received, and
The required booking fee has been paid
All remaining balances must be paid by the due date outlined in your invoice or contract.
Booking fees are non-refundable.

Coverage & Delivery
Love Lens Edit provides wedding and event content creation services using mobile devices and lightweight equipment designed to capture candid, behind-the-scenes moments.
Raw content is generally delivered within 24–48 hours unless otherwise specified.
Edited content delivery timeframes may vary depending on workload, event size, and package inclusions.

Creative Style
By booking Love Lens Edit, you acknowledge that:
You are familiar with the creator’s style and body of work
Final content will be delivered in a style consistent with previous work
Creative direction and editing decisions remain at the discretion of Love Lens Edit
No unedited/raw files outside agreed inclusions will be provided.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate event details and timelines
Communicate any venue restrictions or requirements
Ensure a safe working environment
Obtain permission from venues where required
Love Lens Edit is not responsible for missed moments due to schedule delays, restricted access, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Vendor Collaboration
Love Lens Edit works collaboratively alongside photographers, videographers, planners, and other vendors. Priority is always given to maintaining a seamless and respectful experience for all parties involved.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Booking fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
If your event is rescheduled, Love Lens Edit will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

Content Usage
Love Lens Edit retains copyright ownership of all captured content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive personal-use rights to delivered content. Content may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to provide exceptional service and secure file handling, Love Lens Edit is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
Equipment failure
Weather disruptions
Venue restrictions
Accidental file corruption or loss
Illness, emergencies, or force majeure events
In the unlikely event of total service failure, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
